As a consultant and advisor, I guide businesses to redefine the term “Customer”. I work with business leaders, program managers, project managers, and contracts and compliance managers in letting go of the commonly held assumption that customer relationship development is only for marketing and that either the customer wins or the company wins. If both organizations aren’t satisfied the collateral damage could result in increased costs, workforce downsizing, and potential legal disputes.

Using my years of experience across multiple functional groups including Contracts, Compliance, and Program Management I generate policies, procedures, work instructions, and workflows, compliant with all necessary regulations while ensuring the support of efficient business operations.

Audit Support

I provide support for DCAA, DCMA, and third-party audits of Proposals, Incurred Cost Submissions, Business Systems, and AS 9100 Process Compliance Audits.

Contract And Compliance Support

I am supporting businesses from RFP generation to contract closeout. I identify and define contractual and regulatory requirements, outline risks and mitigation plans, create policies, procedures, and processes, and develop training programs to support your Contracts and Compliance programs. I will define and institute KPIs to let you know how well your program is working then work to improve on areas as necessary.
