My career began in 1998 for a local build-to-print manufacturing company in a blue-collar society, assisting as an assistant with marketing, pricing, and contracts. I worked at that company for over 20 years, gaining experience in different areas, configuration, proposals, compliance, and strategy. I had the opportunity to be part of a growing organization.
I was proud to be part of a team that helped grow the organization and kept jobs stable. Those days were wonderful, but as the company grew, my title grew, and my focus changed.
I decided at that point, I needed to continue what I do best, SOLVE PROBLEMS. As an experienced senior business leader, the knowledge I gained in business should be used to help other existing small an medium businesses.
I became a business consultant not only to help small and medium-sized businesses grow, but also to develop employees into leaders, and help organizations create an innovative, collaborative, and customer-focused workforce.
I help executives and leaders at all levels prioritize areas of needed improvement, maintain customer focus, and standardize processes to avoid inefficiencies and non-compliances which may increase costs and schedules. When I am not doing that, you can find me hanging out with my horses.
